Simuserv staffing runs at approximately 60% technical and 40% administration and sales. This enables a dedicated client by client assessment, mutual understanding and value proposition approach to sales; as all our clients require technical pre-sales support. This support can involve basic discussions with data sheets and white papers through to custom demonstrations or even consulting work with costs to be discounted from software license sales in the future.
Simuserv take pride in out ability to implement our solutions with industry specific hardware implementations. Multiple license management options are available for onsite installs including vendor cloud managed solutions. Cloud installs carry the privilege of continuous updates and streamlined user specific license management
Simuserv runs a strict 24h support policy. All queries are addressed promptly while some more technical issues require additional timeframes. More advanced support queries can involve Simuserv HPC involvement to run jobs for clients to test workflows and de-bug. The over 93% retention rate of our clients is a testament to Simuserv’s ability to support all the products we sell.
